Delicious chocolate drop cookies

I would like to share a recipe called chocolate drop cookies.
(This recipe was originally found in Sue Gregg's Desserts. These books can be hard to find, but if you do find them, they would make an excellent addition to your cookbook library. - Mom)

These cookies take:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk (I also used whey and it worked.)
2 cups flour
6 Tablespoons cocoa powder (Make sure you break up all the clumps to make a better cookie.)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix up the wet ingredients before you add the dry ingredients in.

Put oil on a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a spoon and scoop twelve or fifteen balls of batter on the cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

They are very brown and chocolatey! I'm sure that you will love these cookies. That's it!

The Delicious Popcorn Recipe

I have a secret in making popcorn, and I will show you it in these pictures.

Put 2 Tablespoons of butter in a big pot with a lid, and then 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil, 2/3 cup of popping corn, and the secret part is mild chili pepper. Put 1/2 teaspoon in the pot.

Turn the pot on to medium heat, give it a good shake at the beginning and then listen for it to pop. When it stops popping, turn the heat off right away, and pour the popcorn into a big bowl. Add some salt.

My family loves this popcorn and I am sure you will too!

My mom says that you may enjoy her blog, too! You can find her at www.torahfamilyliving.com.
